Through the generosity of KIB board member, John Schneller, and his wife, Judy, the KIB Law Enforcement Awards were established to recognize Iowa enforcement officers who are doing the most outstanding job at litter prevention and illegal dumping abatement through citations or community involvement.

Who Can Apply: Law enforcement officer supervisors.

Award Amount: Two awards of $1,000 each. Award recipients designate the community or project to receive the monetary gift. 

Deadline: December 28, 2007.

Award Announcement: mid-March.
